3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited
4. Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect third-party social media accounts to the Service:
- You grant us permission to access and post content on your behalf within the scope you authorize
- You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service
- You may disconnect any account at any time through the Social Accounts page
- We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in bulk automated posting that violates platform policies
- Post or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., posting to your connected social media accounts). This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI through the Service is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from errors. You assume full responsibility for any content you choose to publish.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime of third-party platforms or APIs that the Service integrates with.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus AI Orchestrator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
